I appreciate the thought of the budget cuts and all but the 4×4 schedule is an idea that only certain people agree with. To me it really sucks, it will be very hard to cram our education in most classes in just one semester. i strongly dissaprove of this statement, it didnt work well in middle school, so why would you think it would be better in high school when everyone gets closer to our senior year to where we need the most classes we can get. dont change to schedule, cause if you do youll have alot of mad teenagers.

i don’t really like the idea because i think it would be boring having the same classes day after day…not to smart in my personal opinion…4×4 no go…Fail…

I disagree with the four-by-four schedule.
While it does have some pros, I believe that it has many more cons. For example, if you wanted to have chorus all year round, you would have to take it both semesters, therefore defeating the point of getting an extra course choice. Also, the main courses (English, Math, Science, and History) would have to fit just as much information into have as much time. This would make each course significantly more difficult. Another thing to note is absences. If a student was sick for a week (or even a couple days), it would be much more difficult to make up the work by the end of the semester while keeping up with the work that would be assigned DAILY for each class, instead of every other day like it is now. Please consider these points while deciding whether to have the four-by-four scheduling next year. Thank you for your time in reading this.

I appreciate the thought that the faculty has taken to help fix the budget problem and everything. But changing the schedule makes no sense to me. Changing to a “4×4″ is difficult. I go to Gov. School in the morning and for my friends in the county they talk about how much they hate the block schedule. It makes it harder to have time for homework and juggling other activities. The WHS sports and arts will also be effected. Also, as a rising senior, everything that I have learned through my high school career will change. I love our schedule and I think that changing it will cause more harm than it will bring good.
